Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

The Digital Marketing Associate will join the Digital Marketing team to plan, execute, and optimise B2C and B2B campaigns that drive patient participation in clinical trials and attract pharmaceutical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and launch multi‑channel digital campaigns for patients, CROs, pharma companies and research sites.
• Create, manage and optimise ad sets on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms, including copywriting, creative briefing, A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel and offline conversion tools.
• Design and execute email marketing programmes, including template design, list segmentation and drip‑campaign management.
• Maintain brand reputation on review sites such as G2 and Clutch, responding to feedback and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of performance‑marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CAN‑SPAM).
