Digital Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to drive early‑stage commercial growth for our biotech solutions. Reporting to senior management, you will work closely with R&D, product development and operations to turn scientific value into market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and the company website to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Create clear, science‑focused content such as posts, blogs and product summaries for Pakistani audiences.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads) and organic channels, using analytics to improve ROI.
• Identify, qualify and nurture business leads through outreach, virtual meetings and follow‑ups.
• Support partnership development with laboratories, clinics, distributors and institutional buyers, preparing proposals and commercial materials.
• Maintain the lead pipeline, generate regular reports and coordinate with cross‑functional teams for technical input.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of combined digital marketing and business development experience.
• Hands‑on experience (1‑2 years) in digital marketing or B2B development.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear marketing messages.
• Preferable experience in biotech, healthcare or scientific services B2B marketing.
