Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Packzeo, a packaging solutions provider in Karachi, is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute digital campaigns and support content and brand development. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on driving leads and e‑commerce orders through paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (social media, search, display, email) to generate leads and e‑commerce sales.
• Create, edit and publish engaging content for social platforms and the company website to boost brand awareness.
• Manage social media accounts, build content calendars, and interact with followers to grow the audience.
• Run paid social campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager (or equivalent) and support Google Ads activities, including tracking and UTM tagging.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, conduct A/B tests, interpret metrics and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Optimize content for basic on‑page SEO and collaborate with designers on visual assets.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and contribute to continuous marketing optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn content creation and scheduling.
• Basic exposure to Google Ads and strong familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and improve campaigns.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic image‑editing tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar).
