Digital Marketing Head

About the role

The Digital Marketing Head will lead the company’s overall digital marketing strategy, driving qualified traffic, leads, bookings, revenue and brand growth through PPC, analytics and other digital channels. This role oversees performance, budgets, campaigns, team execution and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals, including market, competitor and keyword research.
• Lead and manage PPC campaigns for multiple brands, optimizing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and monitoring CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS and bookings.
• Oversee conversion tracking across advertising, GA4, CRM and booking systems, ensuring accurate revenue attribution.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting insights and corrective actions to management.
• Lead, mentor and prioritize the digital marketing/PPC team while collaborating with sales, dispatch and technology departments.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, identify new acquisition opportunities and develop strategies to reduce CAC while increasing qualified leads and revenue.
