Digital Marketing Instructor (3-Month Contract)

About the role

Edversity, part of the Rapidev Group of Companies, runs physical IT skills classes to help young people prepare for jobs and freelancing in technology. It is hiring a Digital Marketing Instructor in Faisalabad for a 3-month onsite contract, working 09:00 to 17:00. The instructor teaches beginners how to market businesses online, from social media to search and e-commerce, leading daily classes and practical labs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and hands-on labs according to the approved curriculum
• Teach practical marketing skills to trainees with no prior experience, explaining concepts in simple English and Urdu
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, campaign briefs, assignments and quizzes
• Run labs where trainees build and manage pages and campaigns
• Track attendance, assess progress and submit reports to the program team
• Run extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind
• Coach trainees on freelancing profiles, local client work and job applications
• Support assessments, audits and program reviews

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field
• 2-4 years of digital marketing experience (agency, business or freelance)
• Clear, engaging teaching in Urdu and English, with patience for beginners

Required skills

• Practical experience managing social media pages and Meta and Google ad campaigns
• SEO and Google Analytics basics
• Content creation with Canva and AI tools
• Preferred: Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification, e-commerce experience on Daraz or Shopify, and previous teaching, training or mentoring experience
