Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Beta Web Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel campaigns for its diverse client portfolio. The role will coordinate with creative and development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise SEO, SEM, social media, email and content marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Manage and expand clients’ online presence, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies to improve lead generation, brand awareness and ROI.
• Prepare regular KPI reports, analyse data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of marketing specialists and content creators.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, industry trends and emerging digital tools.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
