Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns for multiple brands within Max Holding’s portfolio. Based in Islamabad, this full‑time position focuses on audience growth, engagement and lead generation across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns for diverse subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement social‑media strategies, creating and curating content and creative assets.
• Oversee performance‑marketing initiatives, including paid advertising and SEO/SEM efforts.
• Monitor web analytics, interpret data and adjust tactics to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subsidiary stakeholders to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and produce performance reports for leadership.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends and best practices to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced digital‑marketing certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience managing integrated digital campaigns across multiple brands or sectors.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, SEO/SEM and paid advertising platforms.
