Eternal Sparks Consulting is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Officer to lead online marketing initiatives for its nonprofit, education, and social‑enterprise clients. The role focuses on expanding digital presence, engaging supporters, and driving conversions through Google and Meta advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, social media and website channels.
• Create compelling copy and visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
• Build and nurture online communities, delivering personalised updates to boost engagement.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools, generate reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with communications and program teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital or online marketing, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
• Strong storytelling and writing abilities.
