About the role

Our client Burj Noor seeks a creative and skilled Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The specialist will focus on growing the company’s online presence, generating high‑quality leads, and enhancing overall marketing performance through innovative campaigns and data‑driven optimizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute creative content and digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business goals.
• Manage and grow social media channels using organic strategies and paid advertising to increase audience engagement and reach.
• Implement and optimise SEO, AEO, and AnEO techniques to improve search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Oversee website design, development, UI/UX improvements and performance engineering to ensure fast loading times and high user satisfaction.
• Develop lead generation and conversion strategies across digital channels and analyse campaign results to produce detailed performance reports.
