Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

House of Leads is a Lahore‑based digital marketing and business growth company offering lead generation, web solutions, social media management, creative services, and practical digital strategies. We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to drive our online brand presence, manage paid advertising, and engage audiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and other relevant social media platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content.
• Run and optimise Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager campaigns.
• Develop growth and audience‑engagement strategies.
• Write captions, hashtags, promotional copy and marketing content.
• Monitor and optimise paid and organic campaign performance.
• Conduct keyword research and basic SEO activities.
• Track analytics, conversions and campaign results, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with creative and website teams for campaign execution.

Required profile

• Practical experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Experience with paid advertising, audience targeting, campaign objectives and budgets.
• Strong content‑writing, caption‑writing and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse reach, engagement, traffic, conversions and leads.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Excellent organization, creativity, attention to detail and deadline management.
