Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

PolyUno is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid advertising campaigns for its clients. This full‑time remote position focuses on planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive revenue and leads.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts from scratch, including search, display, shopping, and social campaigns.
• Conduct keyword and audience research targeting buyer intent.
• Write and test ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
• Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform pixels.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall performance.
• Manage budgets and bids to maximize client return on ad spend.
• Analyze performance data weekly and make data‑driven optimizations.
• Create clear performance reports with results and next steps.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve landing page performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of improving ROI and ROAS for clients.
• Strong experience with conversion tracking and analytics setup.
• Deep understanding of keyword intent, audience segmentation, and funnel stages.
• Experience with A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to explain results simply.
• Portfolio of past PPC work demonstrating performance improvements.
