About the role

HOC Floors is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies that promote the company’s products and brand. The role focuses on daily social media posting, advertising campaign management and SEO to boost online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule daily posts across all company social media channels.
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Optimize website content for search engine performance (SEO) to improve organic traffic.
• Update and maintain website content using WordPress.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Allocate budgets effectively and optimise ad spend for maximum ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks without direct supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to stay updated with digital trends.
