About the role

GrowMore is hiring a Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead its Paid Ads, Social Media, SEO and IT teams and drive growth and improved marketing performance. The position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

Lead digital marketing teams and projects
Develop growth strategies across paid ads, SEO and social media
Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR and revenue
Optimize campaigns and improve performance
Build processes and support team growth

Required profile

5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
Team leadership and client management experience
Data-driven and growth-focused mindset

Required skills

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
SEO and analytics

What we offer

Salary of PKR 250,000 - 300,000 per month plus sales incentives
100% remote work
