Digital Marketing Trainer

About the role

The University of Mianwali is seeking a Digital Marketing Trainer on a contract basis to design and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing curriculum for its students. The position is on‑site and involves hands‑on teaching, workshop facilitation, and real‑world project guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update lecture materials, lesson plans, case studies, and practical exercises covering social media marketing, online branding, content strategy, and basic analytics.
• Deliver interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and labs, providing step‑by‑step guidance on digital tools and platforms.
• Assess learner performance through assignments and projects, offering constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with academic staff to align course content with current industry trends and local market dynamics.
• Contribute to university seminars or short courses related to digital marketing.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Practical experience planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to design curricula, manage classrooms, and evaluate learners.
• Understanding of sales principles and how digital marketing drives lead generation and conversion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
