About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports the planning, creation, and execution of digital media initiatives for the Jang Media Group in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with editorial, design, and technical teams to develop and schedule digital content.
Assist in monitoring audience engagement, performance metrics, and reporting.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve digital products and workflows.
Support the implementation of new tools, formats, and digital initiatives.

Required profile

Strong interest in digital and mobile media trends and audience behavior.
Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills in English (Urdu a plus).
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional media teams.
Relevant education in media studies, communications, marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Required skills

Basic proficiency with social media platforms.
Familiarity with content management systems.
Experience using analytics dashboards.
