Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Manager to strengthen the brand’s digital presence and reputation. The role will design and execute strategic digital PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations that drive visibility and engagement across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital PR strategies aligned with brand and communication objectives.
• Identify and leverage digital media opportunities to generate positive brand conversations across online publications, communities, and platforms.
• Establish and maintain relationships with digital publishers, journalists, editors, content creators, and online media outlets.
• Create PR initiatives around product launches, campaigns, partnerships, corporate milestones, and thought leadership.
• Monitor online discourse to detect reputational risks and support crisis management.
• Track and analyze PR coverage, engagement, reach, sentiment, and overall impact of earned media.
• Build and nurture an influencer and creator ecosystem across lifestyle, wellness, finance, and social impact categories.
• Design and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including briefs, negotiations, contracts, approvals, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure all influencer communications comply with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
