About the role

We are looking for a Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join TalentPop’s fully remote team. In this revenue‑driving position you will turn abandoned‑cart prospects into confirmed sales through personalized outreach across email, SMS and live‑chat.

Key responsibilities

Conduct abandoned‑cart recovery outreach, contacting potential buyers at critical moments.
Provide tailored product recommendations to increase average order value.
Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues and ensure a friction‑free checkout.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimise outreach campaigns and drive continuous growth.

Required profile

Self‑starter with a proven ability to work independently.
At least 1 year of remote/online sales experience.
At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
Strong conversion mindset and elite communication skills.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using e‑commerce platforms.
