About the role
We are seeking an experienced Digital/Performance Marketer to lead and optimise our Google and Meta advertising campaigns. The role is based in our Karachi office and involves hands‑on management of paid media to drive ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and YouTube.
- Design, execute and scale Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage budgets, track conversions and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyse data to provide actionable insights and enhance return on investment.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of hands‑on experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Proven ability to manage and scale advertising budgets.
Required skills
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, keyword planning, conversion tracking).
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, audience targeting, campaign structuring).
