Direct Response Copywriter – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

Mintsource is looking for a Direct Response Copywriter to join a performance‑creative agency that builds high‑volume static ads for DTC and e‑commerce brands on Meta. This remote, full‑time position focuses on research‑driven headline writing and will evolve into broader creative strategy work.

Key responsibilities

• Write pattern‑interrupting headlines for static ads that clearly convey product value.
• Generate multiple headline variations on a single angle, each with a distinct voice.
• Research customer insights from reviews, Reddit, competitor ads, and the Meta Ad Library to uncover non‑obvious angles.
• Turn research into clear briefs covering angles, headlines, and visual direction for the in‑house design team.
• Analyze live‑ad performance data to iterate quickly, develop new angles, and inform creative forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven direct‑response copywriting experience in DTC/e‑commerce (ads, VSLs, sales pages, etc.).
• Strong research methodology that moves from customer language to high‑performing copy.
• Ability to articulate why an angle will work before testing, with clear reasoning.
• Excellent written and spoken English; headlines go live without rewrites.
• Portfolio demonstrating research‑driven copy and strong results.
