About the role
As the Registrar, you will lead the academic records and regulatory compliance functions at Riphah International University, overseeing the Student Information System, student registration, examination management and academic audits to ensure the highest standards of educational administration.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee student registration, records and examination processes.
- Ensure compliance with the Higher Education Commission and other regulatory bodies.
- Manage academic calendars, convocations and degree certifications.
- Collaborate with Deans, Directors and Academic Heads on curriculum implementation.
- Lead and mentor staff within the Registrar’s Office, fostering high performance and professional growth.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Education Administration/Management (PhD preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the higher education sector.
- At least 5 years’ experience as Registrar in an HEC‑recognized university (preferred).
- Knowledge of academic audits, institutional performance evaluation and QS ranking standards is an advantage.
