Director, Sales Operations

About the role

Software Finder is seeking a highly execution‑oriented Director of Sales Operations to partner directly with the VP of Business Development. You will design and run the operating infrastructure that turns leadership priorities into concrete plans, owners, milestones and measurable outcomes for a 30‑person BD team.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and run the BD PMO, translating strategy into projects, workstreams, owners, milestones, KPIs and deadlines.
• Own and continuously improve BD workflows, SOPs, checklists, accountability frameworks and management cadences across SDR, BDM, PPL, Buyer Intent/Vendor Portal, CPC and supporting functions.
• Drive CRM governance, pipeline discipline, data hygiene, reporting, dashboards and process improvements to prevent opportunities from falling through the cracks.
• Implement mechanisms to monitor adherence to processes, 1:1s, coaching, deal reviews, training and performance reviews.
• Provide leadership with actionable visibility into operational health, execution gaps, risks and trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Translate revenue priorities into operational plans, owners and tracking mechanisms to improve pipeline, conversion and productivity.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations or a similar operational leadership role.
• Proven PMO/project‑management track record managing multiple complex initiatives from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of CRM governance, sales processes, pipeline management, reporting and operational metrics.
