Director Strategic Initiative & Execution

About the role

The Director, Strategic Initiatives & Execution will lead CareCloud’s top‑priority projects, turning strategic goals into measurable outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive revenue growth, client retention, profitability and technology enablement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business challenges, growth opportunities and execution gaps, and develop actionable plans.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across Operations, Sales, Client Success, Finance, Product and Technology.
• Establish accountability for leadership commitments and ensure delivery within timelines.
• Increase revenue from existing clients, improve profitability and reduce revenue leakage.
• Oversee high‑priority client escalations and technology issues affecting revenue or continuity.
• Proactively remove execution barriers and drive resolution without continuous executive direction.
• Evaluate commercial impact of initiatives and recommend actions to improve long‑term client value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, medical billing, revenue cycle management, business transformation or strategic program management.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing cross‑functional initiatives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare billing operations, revenue performance and commercial drivers.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable financial results.
