About the role
Art Bridge Studio is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Discord Chat Support & Sales Representatives. You will engage with potential clients on Discord, showcase the studio’s artwork and commission services, and help drive sales during night‑shift hours.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with prospects on Discord, answering questions about artwork and commissions.
- Introduce Art Bridge Studio’s services and build friendly relationships with potential customers.
- Follow up with interested clients and assist in closing sales to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain basic records of leads and sales activities.
- Provide courteous, helpful support throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Basic English communication ability.
- Good computer literacy and punctual, motivated attitude.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales or customer support is an advantage.
Required skills
- Discord platform knowledge.
What we offer
- Full‑time night‑shift schedule (11 PM – 7 AM) with Sundays off.
