About the role
Prime Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated Discord Team Leaders to manage and lead sales executive teams within the Design, Development, and AI niches. The role involves overseeing daily operations, guiding team members, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and team coordination.
- Guide, train, and monitor team members to improve performance.
- Set and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain daily reports and track team performance.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and instructions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good team management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
- Experience with Discord and sales team management is preferred.
