District Sales Manager

About the role

The District Sales Manager will execute sales operations within the assigned district, aiming to meet monthly and annual sales and revenue targets while following senior management guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for attainment of company sales goals and profitability within the assigned region.
• Achieve sales objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations.
• Ensure execution of action plans and implementation of customer service standards.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Provide sales data trends and develop sales projections accordingly.
• Ensure the execution of the company sales plans at the grassroots level within the assigned district.
• Identify underdeveloped areas with high sales potential and ensure product availability.
• Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities.
• Survey customer needs and trends while tracking competitors' activities.
• Analyze market dynamics to determine sales volume potential.
• Maintain and expand customer base, ensuring positive relationships with key customers.
• Identify and develop new customers and manage customer complaints effectively and timely.
