Documentation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Documentation Specialist to join OpenSpace’s construction documentation team. The role involves organizing, annotating and maintaining project drawings, plans and reports to ensure clear, accessible and accurate information for engineers, architects and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain large volumes of construction documentation, including drawings, plans and reports.
• Annotate construction drawings and ensure proper version control and traceability throughout project stages.
• Review incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness and correct formatting.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and project teams to meet documentation needs.
• Maintain filing systems in line with company standards and ensure compliance with documentation protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 0‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documents.

Required skills

• Figma.
• Experience with documentation control platforms such as Aconex, Asite or Autodesk Construction Cloud (or similar).
