Drama Director

About the role

CCJK Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Drama Director to join its creative team and produce AI‑powered dramas, short films, web series, and other storytelling content. The role combines traditional directing with AI‑assisted production techniques, requiring close collaboration with scriptwriters, AI artists, editors and voice talent.

Key responsibilities

• Direct short films, dramas and narrative content using AI‑assisted production tools.
• Work with scriptwriters to interpret scripts, characters, emotions and storylines.
• Plan scenes, shots, camera angles, character movements and visual sequences.
• Convert scripts and storyboards into AI‑generated visual scenes.
• Use AI platforms to create characters, environments, voices and video sequences.
• Maintain consistency of characters, locations, costumes and visual style throughout productions.
• Review AI‑generated content and provide direction for improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging AI video generation and filmmaking technologies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of practical experience directing dramas, short films, theatre, web series or similar productions.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, scene planning, camera work and continuity.
• Ability to interpret scripts and translate them into visual scenes.
• Good communication, teamwork and creative thinking skills.
• Willingness to experiment with new AI filmmaking technologies.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of AI video and image generation tools.
• Experience with platforms such as Veo, Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs or similar.
