E-Commerce Account Handler – eBay, Etsy

About the role

Falcon e-Commerce is an international e-commerce and retail company whose teams manage product sales across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop, supported by warehouses and teams in different locations. It is looking for an E-commerce Account Handler focused on eBay and Etsy to join its Lahore team. The role keeps marketplace operations running smoothly, maintains accurate and appealing product listings and helps deliver a reliable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily eBay and Etsy account operations, including listing updates, inventory checks and order monitoring
• Create, edit and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, images and pricing
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, order concerns, returns and marketplace cases
• Track orders and coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams for timely dispatch and accurate inventory
• Monitor account health, sales activity, feedback and performance metrics, flag risks and recommend improvements
• Research marketplace trends, competitor listings and policy changes relevant to assigned products
• Maintain organized records and share regular updates on account performance and operational priorities

Required profile

• Hands-on understanding of eBay and Etsy seller dashboards, listing workflows and marketplace policies
• Confident customer communication and professional handling of inquiries, returns, disputes and account cases
• Strong order and inventory coordination with accurate records and timely fulfillment
• Comfort interpreting sales, listing and account-health metrics and spotting practical improvements
• Good written English and clear communication with customers and internal teams
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization and follow-through across multiple products and tasks
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused and able to handle several marketplace tasks in a fast-moving international retail environment

Required skills

• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and routine reporting
• Familiarity with other online marketplaces is an advantage

What we offer

• Monthly pay of PKR 50,000 to 90,000
