E-Commerce Executive

About the role
We are looking for a motivated E‑Commerce Executive to manage both our retail outlet and online operations in Karachi. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage online orders from receipt to dispatch.
- Handle customer queries via in‑store, WhatsApp and social media channels.
- Coordinate stock, maintain displays and ensure store cleanliness.
- Track orders, coordinate dispatches and follow up with customers.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Minimum Matric/Intermediate education; Bachelor’s preferred for e‑commerce roles.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Honest, presentable and reliable personality.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- POS system operation.
- Microsoft Excel.

- Salary PKR 35,000 – 40,000 per month.
