E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for an enthusiastic E‑Commerce Sales Support Specialist to help customers complete their shopping journey, recover abandoned carts, and discover products they love. This fully remote position blends customer service with proactive sales, turning conversations into conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS, answering product, order, and return queries while maintaining a sales‑focused tone.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, bundling, and subscription recovery opportunities to boost conversion rates.
• Follow up on abandoned carts, win‑backs, and post‑purchase interactions to maximize revenue.
• Resolve order issues quickly, turning potential problems into positive experiences.
• Represent the brand consistently, reflecting its values and premium image in every interaction.
• Track interaction data and share trends with internal teams to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online sales and customer support experience.
• Prior e‑commerce experience with upselling, cross‑selling, subscription recovery, or abandoned‑cart assistance.
• Strong persuasive communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
