E-Commerce Supervisor

About the role

The E‑Commerce Supervisor will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery process for METRO Pakistan’s online customers, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organize customer deliveries, verifying quantities and specifications against orders.
• Coordinate with the Call Centre to provide suitable product substitutes when items are out of stock.
• Plan delivery routes and ensure delivery documentation is handed to drivers correctly.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints related to delivery issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels, especially promotional items, and trigger replenishment as needed.
• Track team performance, identify productivity gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all products are handled according to QA standards and established SOPs.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures among all team members.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, deliveries, customer feedback, and inventory status.
• Measure KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timeliness, and customer satisfaction, recommending process improvements.
