E‑Commerce Operations Assistant (Shopify) – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Operations Assistant to manage and optimise our Shopify storefronts. You will ensure product listings are accurate, inventory is balanced, and the online experience reflects our brand standards, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise Shopify product listings for clarity, accuracy and conversion.
• Conduct regular website audits to spot errors, inconsistencies or outdated content.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to prevent stock gaps or overselling.
• Respond to customer reviews to support brand trust and engagement.
• Update website visuals, including banners, landing pages and product images.
• Assist with purchase orders and order tracking in collaboration with vendors.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce or Shopify management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organise multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Clear written communication, especially for customer‑facing content.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
