Ecommerce Project Manager

About the role

Heritage Forge is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of online sales initiatives. Based on‑site in Wazirabad, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences that drive conversion and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, requirements, timelines and budgets for ecommerce initiatives.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, operations and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and optimise ecommerce performance metrics, product listings, pricing and promotions.
• Identify process improvements, document progress and report results to leadership.
• Support post‑launch optimisation and continuous enhancement of the customer journey.

Required profile

• Strong project management background with proven ability to manage timelines and stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with ecommerce platforms and online retail operations.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, tracking KPIs and making data‑informed decisions.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments and with external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems or equivalent practical experience.
