Editing Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

Voov Media is seeking an Editing Manager to lead and elevate its remote editing teams. This full‑time position focuses on improving editor performance, content quality, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive editor performance, content quality, and consistency across projects.
• Coach and develop editors, identifying gaps and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Establish creative standards and operational processes for the editing department.
• Manage deadlines, pod performance, and quarterly bonus metrics.
• Develop future leaders within the editing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years professional video editing experience.
• At least 2 years managing creative teams.
• Strong storytelling, retention instincts, and discipline.
• Excellent English communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for people development and operational excellence.

Required skills

• Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro.
