Education Counselor / Application Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Education Counselor / Application Consultant to join our team in Islamabad. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will guide prospective students through international study options, support them through the admissions process and ensure smooth application completion.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students on international education programs, admission requirements and visa procedures.
• Manage end‑to‑end student applications, ensuring all documents are submitted on time.
• Assist with visa applications and coordinate with partner institutions.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry using email, office software and CRM/student systems.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with students and institutions to monitor application progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Full‑time availability and ability to work on‑site in Islamabad.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple applications and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM or student database management systems.
