About the role

IMC Certifications is hiring a full-time, on-site Education Sales Executive in Lahore to promote its professional certification programs, engage prospective students and turn leads into enrollments. The schedule is Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to student inquiries.
Generate, follow up and convert leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Promote certification programs and guide students on suitable courses.
Build strong relationships with prospective students.
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups through the CRM.

Required profile

1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales or customer acquisition.
Experience in EdTech or education sales is preferred.
Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Required skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong lead conversion and closing abilities.
