Educational Consultant

About the role

Global Aspirations is seeking a full‑time Educational Consultant to join its Multan office. You will counsel students on study‑abroad pathways, helping them select suitable countries, universities, and programmes that align with their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations and group information sessions about international study options.
• Guide students through the entire admissions process, including application preparation, documentation, and deadline management.
• Assist with visa applications, test‑preparation requirements, and coordination with university representatives.
• Maintain accurate records in internal CRM and application platforms.
• Provide responsive customer service and follow‑up with prospective students and their families.
• Participate in outreach activities and promotional events to raise awareness of Global Aspirations’ services.

Required profile

• Strong background in educational consulting or related advisory roles.
• Good understanding of higher‑education systems in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional local languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business or a related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
