Educational Counsellor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and student‑focused Educational Counsellor to guide prospective students through their study abroad journey, from initial inquiry to visa approval.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and career pathways.
• Assess academic profiles and recommend suitable institutions.
• Guide students through application, admission, and documentation processes.
• Assist with visa applications and provide pre‑ and post‑visa guidance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up with prospective students.
• Coordinate with partner universities and keep CRM records up to date.
• Achieve monthly counselling, application, and enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in educational counselling or study‑abroad consultancy.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of international education systems and student visa procedures.
• Sales and customer‑service experience.
• Fluency in English and Urdu.
