Educational Counselor – Study Abroad Advisor

About the role

As an Educational Counselor you will guide Pakistani students in choosing the right profession, university and country for their higher‑education goals. You will use your communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs, provide empathetic advice and support informed decisions that benefit both the student and their community.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students on study‑abroad options, university selection and career pathways.
• Conduct informative sessions and public‑speaking events for prospective learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues and use proprietary tools such as TimesCourseFinder to deliver evidence‑based recommendations.
• Assist clients with admission and visa advisory processes.
• Maintain performance targets and contribute to the growth of the advisory team.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional confidence in client interactions and ability to work under measurable targets.
• Commercial awareness, maturity and long‑term career ambition.
• Leadership experience (e.g., student societies, internships, entrepreneurial initiatives) is a plus.
