Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer (PC Plant)

About the role

The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical and instrumentation systems across the PC plant. It also leads the site‑wide electrical safety program and supports digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise transformers, HT & LT panels, MCCs, generators, synchronization systems, AVRs and distribution networks.
• Manage field instrumentation and control systems, driving breakdown analysis, root‑cause elimination and preventive maintenance.
• Own end‑to‑end health and performance of power distribution (HT/LT) and backup systems (generators, UPS).
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards, coordinate inspections and approvals with regulatory bodies.
• Lead the Electrical Safety Program, enforce LOTO/LOTOTO, safe work practices for HV/LV systems and contractor safety compliance.
• Support digital initiatives such as energy management systems, equipment monitoring, condition‑based maintenance and performance dashboards.
