About the role
Zameen.com is seeking an Email & Chat Support professional to join its Bayut and Dubizlee operations. The role involves providing timely assistance to clients and internal teams through email, live chat, and phone channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provision packages for new and existing accounts upon receipt of invoices.
- Upgrade client accounts based on invoices from various channels.
- Handle account degradation when subscriptions expire or upon specific requests.
- Process degradation requests from Operations, Customer Service, and Listing teams.
- Set up XML feed integration for client listings.
- Escalate client grievances related to Bayut.com to the appropriate operations manager.
- Provide live‑chat support to web users and after‑sales assistance to account managers.
Required profile
- Graduate with 0.5–1 year experience in email or chat support.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to interact with internal and external staff for day‑to‑day queries.
- Experience in a customer‑service environment, preferably a call centre.
