Email Designer

About the role

Mach33 Media is seeking a talented Email Designer to craft clean, high‑performing, brand‑consistent email layouts for eCommerce clients. The role focuses on creating visually strong, conversion‑focused emails that are easy to read and scan.

Key responsibilities

• Design a variety of email types, including promotional, product launch, abandoned cart, welcome flow, post‑purchase, win‑back, back‑in‑stock, and brand storytelling emails.
• Develop email templates, sections, product visuals, and promotional graphics that align with each brand’s identity.
• Collaborate with copywriters, Klaviyo managers, project managers, and account managers to ensure clarity, polish, and timely delivery.
• Maintain visual hierarchy, spacing, readability, CTA placement, and mobile‑friendly layouts.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in graphic, email, digital, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, commercially effective designs.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt to different brand styles.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering on schedule without constant follow‑up.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and design principles.
