Employee Services Manager – Kabirwala Factory

About the role

The Employee Services Manager plays a critical role in shaping and enhancing the workplace experience across Nestlé Pakistan. Responsible for facilities management, property administration, fleet operations, workplace services, and employee amenities, the role ensures safe, efficient, and well‑managed work environments for employees, visitors and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure seamless delivery of workplace and employee services across Kabirwala Factory.
• Oversee facilities operations, property management, vehicle fleet management, and workplace services to create safe, efficient, and engaging work environments.
• Manage office facilities, expatriate residences, lease agreements, utilities, maintenance activities, and service providers while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance requirements.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors to drive operational excellence and deliver high‑quality services.
• Lead workplace improvement projects, budget management, event support, housekeeping services, safety initiatives, and service standardization programs.
• Identify efficiencies, enhance service delivery, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to enable people and business to thrive.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline with solid experience in facilities management, administration, customer service or project management.
• Strong expertise in facilities operations, property management, fleet administration and vendor management.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships and effectively manage diverse stakeholders and service providers.
• Strong project management, problem‑solving, decision‑making and budget management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities to coach, develop and inspire teams while driving accountability and results.
• Strong awareness of safety, compliance and corporate governance requirements.
• Agility, resilience and an ownership mindset to drive change in a dynamic environment.
