Employer Branding Intern

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Employer Branding Intern to support our technical recruitment efforts and showcase our workplace culture through engaging content and events. This role provides hands‑on exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, employee engagement, and social media creation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening technical candidates via job boards, online platforms and networking channels.
• Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support hiring managers with job description preparation and interview material.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, events and internal initiatives.
• Create reels, photos, videos and social media posts that highlight company culture and employee experiences.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and draft job postings.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong interest in technical recruitment and basic understanding of technical terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
