Endpoint Systems Engineer – Windows, macOS, iOS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and automation of our enterprise endpoint management strategy across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure security, reliability, and scalability of our hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and enhance SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, and monitoring tools such as SCOM, Bomgar, and ControlUp.
• Design and execute OS, application, and third‑party patching strategies while tracking compliance.
• Manage Windows, macOS, and iOS device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and security baselines through Intune.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint issues and collaborate with NOC, Service Desk, security, and application teams.
• Work with vendors on troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and solution planning.
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams, runbooks, and technical standards.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience with Windows endpoint management (SCCM/MECM, Intune, co‑management, Autopilot) in enterprise settings.
• Strong background in patching, compliance reporting, and endpoint security for hybrid environments.
• Hands‑on experience managing macOS and iOS devices.
• Proven ability to develop automation scripts (PowerShell) and adopt AI‑assisted tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
