Engineering Instructor (B1/B2) – Full‑time, Islamabad

About the role

Aviation Training Hub is seeking qualified Engineering Instructors to deliver B1/B2 modules for aviation maintenance training in Islamabad. The positions are full‑time, on‑site and support both junior and senior teaching levels.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lectures covering PCAA/EASA Part‑66 Basic Modules (B1/B2).
• Update and enhance course documentation, guidance materials, and lesson plans.
• Utilise web‑based and blended learning platforms to support student progression.
• Participate in faculty and program meetings, contributing to curriculum decisions.
• Supervise student work, provide constructive feedback, and foster critical thinking.
• Maintain up‑to‑date schemes of work and administrative records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Avionics, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Junior candidates: fresh graduates or up to 1 year of teaching experience with a strong passion for instruction.
• Senior candidates: at least 3 years of teaching or instructional experience; preference for holders of PCAA or EASA AML/Part‑66 certifications.

Required skills

• Knowledge of PCAA/EASA regulations and Part‑66 (B1/B2) modules.
• Proficiency with web‑based learning platforms and blended learning tools.
• Strong information‑technology skills and ability to adopt new instructional applications.
