Engineering Manager – AI/ML & SaaS (Onsite, Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead product‑focused teams delivering AI‑driven, customer‑centric solutions. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on technical guidance, working closely with clients to translate business needs into robust software architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and set strategic direction across AI, software, and product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to define roadmaps, translate objectives into engineering plans, and oversee delivery of AI‑driven solutions and automation workflows.
• Lead architecture reviews, establish coding best practices, and foster a culture of quality, automation, and effective delivery.
• Partner with Product Managers to prioritize features, manage trade‑offs, and align business and technical goals.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads, establish KPIs, and continuously improve engineering processes and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, engineering management or technical leadership.
• Proven track record leading product‑focused engineering teams in SaaS, AI, or automation platforms.
• Strong experience working directly with clients in consulting, agency, or technology services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams, multiple concurrent projects, and scale engineering teams in high‑growth settings.
