Enterprise Account Manager – Government (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of government contracts for a global software development leader. This fully remote position focuses on federal, state, and local agencies, requiring deep knowledge of public‑sector procurement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies targeting government stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities across federal, state, and local agencies.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams to tailor solutions that meet government procurement requirements.
• Maintain strict compliance with contracting regulations, reporting standards, and audit processes.
• Track pipeline metrics, manage contract renewals, and report on revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in government sales, business development, or account management.
• Familiarity with U.S. federal, state, or local procurement processes and compliance frameworks.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to interpret market trends and government spending data.

Required skills

• Enterprise software sales experience.
