Enumerators for Endline Survey

About the role

BrightSpyre is hiring 12 enumerators (8 males and 4 females) for a 7-day endline survey in Tehsil Chillas, District Diamer. The enumerator collects accurate data through household surveys and interviews, enters it into the assigned system and works under the supervision of a Field Supervisor. Official transport is provided for fieldwork, and proficiency in Shina is preferred, with extra weightage given to local candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct household surveys and interviews in the project areas of Tehsil Chillas, District Diamer for the Endline Assessment.
• Record data accurately on paper-based forms (or digital tools if provided).
• Enter the collected data into the assigned system or database.
• Review and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide daily progress reports to the Field Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines during data collection.
• Identify respondents from the baseline sample where applicable and document attrition or replacement households according to protocol.
• Flag data quality issues or field challenges immediately to the supervisor.

Required profile

• At least Intermediate education; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior data collection or fieldwork experience is an advantage, especially on baseline or similar surveys.
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with respondents.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Urdu and Shina (preferred).
• Familiarity with data entry in Excel is preferred.

The role is paid by daily wages. Candidates undergo background checks, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
