ERP Manager – Odoo & Shopify Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to oversee our Odoo ERP system and ensure seamless integration with our Shopify store. The role involves managing inventory, product data, and order workflows to support our e‑commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day operations in Odoo ERP, including inventory, stock movements, and warehouse adjustments.
• Process customer orders, purchase orders, and transfers, and monitor related ERP workflows.
• Upload and manage product catalogs in Odoo, ensuring accurate SKUs, pricing, barcodes, and variants.
• Synchronize product, order, and inventory data between Odoo and Shopify, resolving any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse, e‑commerce, purchasing and management teams to address stock availability and fulfillment issues.
• Generate regular reports on inventory, orders, and operational performance for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Odoo ERP, especially Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Product modules.
• Hands‑on experience managing large product catalogs and e‑commerce orders on Shopify.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
